At Sunny Tails, each item is made to order with care just for you and your pup. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect sizing
• Change of mind
• Buyer’s remorse

Please review sizing information carefully before placing your order.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at SunnyTailsSupport@gmail.com

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the item
• Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

If approved, we will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.
